OVIBRA Inertial Vibrating Feeders are designed for feeding and transporting loose and piece materials. The main advantage of machines of this type is their simple construction and the possibility of using them for materials with fine, medium and coarse grain size, even up to 200 mm.

Capacity adjustment in these feeders is done by changing the position of counterweights in motor vibrators. In addition, for the special version of the Vibrating Feeders, there is a possibility of additional smooth adjustment of capacity in the range of +/- 20% through a frequency converter.

The chute of the device can be equipped with light covers or with charging hoppers. The feeders can also be made as dustproof or soundproof machines. The feeder chute can be made of carbon or stainless steel. Capacity depends on the type of material and the size of the feeder.


Thanks to the use of a pipe as a gutter, these feeders are characterized by very high tightness. Due to the closed structure and limited possibilities of cleaning the gutter, they are mainly used for fine-grained and non-adhesive materials. The feeder chute is made of carbon or stainless steel. Capacity depends on the type of material and the size of the feeder.

Tubular Feeders can be coated on the inside with a Teflon (ETFE) layer for use with materials that tend to stick.


Inertia Vibratory Grate Feeders are a type of feeders in which grates are the element used to feed the material. Grate feeders are mainly used for materials with medium and large grain size, they are perfect as feeders for crushers and for stone processing. The grate in this type of feeders is made in a fixed (welded) or active (bar) version. In addition, depending on the customer’s needs and the intended use of the machine, the grates are made as flat or cascading.

The material used for the production of the grate, depending on the needs, is structural steel, wear-resistant steel, or in the case of bar grates, spring steel. Thanks to their construction, Grate Feeders enable partial separation of oversize grain. Active grates made in a steel or polyurethane frame. In feeders of this type, thanks to the use of electric vibrators, high efficiency is achieved at relatively low power consumption.
