VPI screeners can be customized to meet individual user requirements, with up to three screen decks, allowing for the separation of four different fractions of the screened material.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
VPI screeners are designed for separating feed into different fractions, separating undersized and oversized material. They can be single or multi-deck (up to three decks) and are used wherever the separation of bulk materials into fractions is required.
The screens are activated by hammers striking them from below, while the housing remains static. Each hammer has an individual drive in the form of an inertial vibrator, allowing acceleration in the range of 10-30g.
VPI screeners have a self-cleaning option for material adhering to the screen, using additional impulses from exciters with acceleration up to 50g.
Energy consumption for screening one ton of material is up to 10 times lower compared to traditional screeners.
To ensure the VPI screener operates correctly, the feed must be evenly distributed across the entire screen deck width; therefore, the use of a PR type Vibratory Spreader Feeder is recommended.

The adjustment of the forcing force generated by the electrovibrators from zero to maximum allows for changes in the amplitude of feeder vibrations, which in turn allows for adjusting the material transport speed and feeder efficiency.
The use of a PR type feeder is one of the key conditions that must be met to achieve high screening efficiency and performance.

Since the VPI screener’s housing is static, there is no need for dampers, allowing the machine to be mounted on any support structure with adequate strength.
