COMBINATION OF A CLASSIC SCREENER WITH A VPI SCREENER
VPH screeners are designed to classify feedstock into fractions, separating under- and over-sized material. They can be single or multi-deck (up to three decks) and are used wherever bulk materials need to be separated into fractions.
Thanks to the unique design with two drives operating at different frequencies, the VPH screener can simultaneously crush and screen the material. This solution allows the screener to be used for applications such as molding sand regeneration or screening fine coal dust fractions.
VPH screeners have two types of vibratory drives:
1. Transport Drives – inducing vibrations in the screener housing.
2. Sieving Drives – inducing vibrations only in the screens.
This design allows for efficient sieving with high dynamics, while moderately vibrating the screener sieve.
To ensure the VPH screener operates correctly, the feed must be evenly distributed across the entire screen deck width; therefore, the use of a PR type Vibratory Spreader Feeder is recommended.
Capability to evenly distribute material across the entire screener feed width.
The adjustment of the forcing force generated by the electrovibrators from zero to maximum allows for changes in the amplitude of feeder vibrations, which in turn allows for adjusting the material transport speed and feeder efficiency.
The use of a PR type feeder is crucial for achieving high screening efficiency and performance.
